About E-Z Up Tent Logos – Customized Especially for YOUR tent:
Artwork setup is the most vital element of producing your custom logo on a tent!
MEDIA TYPES ACCEPTED:
1) Adobe Illustrator (8.0 or higher version) created art needs to be saved as outlines or curves, and saved as EPS or Illustrator (Vector Art).
2) Photoshop (5.0 or higher version) created art must be saved as an EPS or TIFF file of 300 dpi or greater.
3) Corel Draw created art with convert type to outline or curves, and saved as Vector Art.
4) Digital Printing images size must be ½ of the screen size and 300 dpi or greater.
TIPS FROM THE ART DEPARTMENT:
COLOR – make sure all PMS colors are called out for each color in your artwork (each color used in a screen is considered an additional screening charge.
To keep your screening charges lower, a one color screen is the most cost effective and can be done quite nicely. One color logos are most popular, too - both pictures and lettering can be included in one logo.
Since all art will be enlarged, all lines in your artwork should be SHARP and free of all JAGGED EDGES.
All art from Hard Copy (a picture you mail in) should measure between 3” x 5” and 8 ½” x 11”
Ask about getting a logo on more than one peak – It is surprisingly inexpensive to have the logo on opposing peaks!
Logo pricing depends upon the size of your logo, how many colors you have in your logo.
JPEG is NOT an acceptable format and does not translate into a logo.

Tent Production & Delivery Timeframes:
Standard Color (Red, White, Blue, Black) Tents with NO lettering or logo are generally in stock and will ship out the next business day after you place your order.
Custom Color Tents and/or Tents with sewn on twill lettering take 8 business days to make.
Any Tents with screening take 10-11 business days to produce (once the artwork is approved).
Tents are generally shipped from the factory warehouse on the West Coast and are delivered within 5 days from the time production is completed.
