  • Made of 11-gauge powder coated steel.
  • Measures 22" x 38" x 12".
  • This sled weighs 20 lbs.
  • Add your weight plates to increase resistance.
  • Options:
  • Quick Release Harness option lets you release sled to change from resistance to overspeed - This helps develop acceleration!
