  • Our website is set up to take orders for a Club or Team License.
    This is Hy-Tek’s most popular License option and allows the Club or Team to run any meet that is SPONSORED BY and COMPETED IN by that club or team.
    For example, if MEET MANAGER is licensed to Central High School Patriots, the software may be used to run all of the home dual meets at Central High School as well as any invitational meets that are sponsored by and participated in by the Central High School Track & Field Team.

  • Hy-Tek also has a few other licensing options that we can offer to you.
    These types of licenses must be ordered by phone only (1-888-556-7464).
    Here are the other license choices:
    Championship Meet License: This License option allows the software to be used to run a particular championship meet. A typical use of this License option would be to run the State Championship meet that is rotated each year among different High Schools.
    Site License: A facility may want to order MEET MANAGER and use it for all the meets that are run at that one facility - USATF, Masters/Veterans, High School, College, etc. The Site License option carries an annual subscription fee and includes FREE Updates.
    Organizational License: A Track & Field Organization may want to order MEET MANAGER and use it for the meets that they sponsor and run (up to a max of 10 meets per year) - as long as there are no concurrently run meets and it is loaded on only one computer (one set of computers when using the Network Pro option).
    An example of this type of Organizational License option would be for a USATF Association for their meets that they run each year. This License is not an option for club sponsored meets. The Organizational License option carries an annual subscription fee and includes FREE Updates.
