ABOUT STARTING BLANKS:

.32 Caliber Starting Blanks are black powder and give off the most smoke, noise, and flash.

.22 Caliber Starting Blanks are loud fire - louder than & give off more smoke than the .22 Crimps

.22 Crimp Starting Blanks are used in practice, but not for meets. The Crimp Blanks work best in the Economy Starters Pistols and do NOT work in the H&R Starters Pistols.
(If crimp blanks are used in the NEF H&R pistol, they sometimes skip).

POPULAR USES for Starting Blanks:

Obviously these blanks are used to start Track and Field events, but did you know that may theatrical groups use them in performances?
The .22 Crimp Blanks are best for this purpose.
