Helps the pole vaulter gain confidence and learn proper pole vaulting technique.
It slides when the pole tip hits the back of the box.
Sliding Vault Boxes are used at Pole Vault Camps all the time.
Constructed with reinforced fiberglass, with steel bottom surface, so it will take abuse.
Weights may be added to the pegs for increased resistance.
