  • George Dintiman is actively involved in personal speed training, consulting, and research and writing in the area of speed improvement, and co-founder of National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE).
  • He is the author of 41 books, over 100 articles and videos on speed improvement, sports conditioning, fitness and wellness, nutrition, weight control, and general health.
  • His speed improvement techniques and books are in use throughout the world at all levels of competition.
  • He is a former draft choice of the Baltimore Colts of the NFL and a selection of the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL. After leading Lock Haven University to its first undefeated team, his jersey was retired from use; the only jersey ever retired in 125+ years.
  • Dr. Dintiman was also one of the State of Pennsylvania's leading scorers in basketball and Captain of the University Track Team running the high and low hurdles and 100-meter dash.
