About the author:
George Dintiman is actively involved in personal speed training, consulting, and research and writing in the area of speed improvement, and co-founder of National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE).
He is the author of 41 books, over 100 articles and videos on speed improvement, sports conditioning, fitness and wellness, nutrition, weight control, and general health.
His speed improvement techniques and books are in use throughout the world at all levels of competition.
He is a former draft choice of the Baltimore Colts of the NFL and a selection of the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL. After leading Lock Haven University to its first undefeated team, his jersey was retired from use; the only jersey ever retired in 125+ years.
Dr. Dintiman was also one of the State of Pennsylvania's leading scorers in basketball and Captain of the University Track Team running the high and low hurdles and 100-meter dash.
