ABOUT The Spin/Throw Resistor:

Excellent training device for all throwers.

Simply attach anchor strap to door jam or have a partner hold it.

Grasp the handle in your throwing hand then wrap the 3" nylon strap around your body.

The Resistance is provided by rubber tubing.

Work on perfecting your hip movement then progress to the hip movement/throwing action sequence.

Develops the all important core of the body, so you become a better thrower.
