ABOUT Singleman Overspeed Trainers:
  • Hook one end of the 30' safety elastic tube to a secure object and the other end to the front of the athlete's quick release harness.
  • Back away to stretch the tube then turn and accelerate forward.
  • Cord can stretch up to 90'
  • The Singleman Overspeed includes 30' cord, harness, anchor.

    SIZES AVAILABLE:
  • Choose Medium size if athlete is under 140 lbs.
  • Choose Heavy size if athlete is over 140 lbs.
