About Quik Scout inMotion Software:

You can video live action OR download existing video.

Once you have video, you can analyze & evaluate your athlete's form, compare the performance in a frame-by-frame sequence, and vary the speed of the playback.

You can also print out the frame-by-frame sequences or create a CD-Rom for your athlete to take and study.

The best camera to use for this is a Firewire Mini DV camera.

If you have a digital camera, you will have to convert your video footage in Windows Moviemaker, which is available for anyone whose computer has Windows XP.

Pentium III 750MHz or faster processor

Minimum 512 MB RAM

Hard disk with minimum 20 GB free space and 100 GB at 7200 RPM additional for digital files
