Teaches technique while utilizing proper drills to improve BOTH Straight Ahead Speed and Lateral Speed & Agility.
"Straight Ahead Speed" is a training progression designed to develop and reinforce correct acceleration mechanics
Also improves the three areas of the PAL System:
(P)-Posture
(A)-Arm Action
(L)-Leg Action.
All these exercises are designed to improve your 40-yard dash times.
