ABOUT Javee Javelin Training Devices:
These resist throughout the range of motion, also allowing the athlete to isolate movements and learn to feel correct positions.
The javee has the same shaft size and grip as an actual javelin.
It is designed to develop strength, flexibility, range of motion,and static/ballistic stretching.
Regular use can reduce the chance of muscle and tendon injuries by improving functional length limits.
Attach up to three strong elastic cords for resistance.

SIZES AVAILABLE:
Choose from 600 or 800 gram grip.
Models differ by grip diameter, so feel like the actual javelin.
