About the Vertecs:

Versatile, accurate and trouble-free!

Use to teach good jumping techniques, to improve endurance, and measure progress.

Take the standing height of the subject with one arm fully extended upward.

Have the subject jump-up and touch the highest possible vane.

Then measure the difference between standing height and jumping height.

Jump off 2 feet from a standing position or off 1 foot using a 1-step approach.

Touch the highest vane possible to measure.

The vanes are spaced 1/2" apart and rotate when touched so it is easy to see how high your athlete reaches.

Do sets of jumps for power & plyometric development.
