About UCS Pole Vault Base Pads:


  • Made of Two-pieces with 11" foam inside a vinyl covered wood frame.
  • 17" High x 90" Long x 30" Wide.
  • Sold per pair.
  • For maximum safety and to follow NFHS Rules, these base pads are great.
  • Rules state: Hard or unyielding surfaces, such as but not limited to concrete, metal, wood, or asphalt around the landing pad, or between the planting box and the landing system, shall be padded or cushioned.

    These look great!

    Love the variety of colors to choose from. I ended up going with our school colors which are orange and black. The pits we purchased from M-F have black base units, an orange top pad, and black base pads Looks awesome. We get a ton of complements.
