- Steel rim with strong ABS plastic side plates.
- Hex key is provided so you can adjust the total weight using the included galvanized steel discs.
- NOTE: 1k women's competition,1.6k boy's competition, and 2k men's competition.
- Throwing implements are not covered under warranty due to the nature of the event.

This Nelco adjustable is a quality training discus. It's very easy to take apart and switch weights. This disc has the actual diameter of a competition discus unlike the Polanik. Highly recommend.
