.22 for outdoor track meets

These are fine outdoors when the start/finish line is in the same general location (400-800-1600)......for the 100 and 200, definitely need the .32 for sound and smoke.

Best for indoor meets

I wouldn't recommend this for outdoor meet. We used them during indoor for both practice and meets.
