Are you a runner who suffers from knee pain? Do your knees ache after long or sometimes short runs? If so, then you may be suffering from RUNNER'S KNEE... Have you ever heard of it? Runner's knee occurs when there is inflammation or pain around the kneecap. Ouch!! I know, it's not fun...

Wondering what to do??? Thousands of runners are searching for answers to this very question. What I am about to recommend may or may not work for you, but if you are a runner suffering from knee pain then why not give it a try?

OK here we go...

All you have to do is perform just 2 simple, yet effective, exercises. Just watch this video!

Knee Squeeze

The Knee Squeeze is a great exercise to strengthen the inside part of your knee. Many of my in person and virtual clients love this!!

Calf Stretch

The Calf Stretch is a big one. Watch carefully. By performing this exercise regularly your knees will LOVE YOU!!

Now you know exactly what to do! I challenge you to perform these two exercises 2-3 times per week. Your knees will be stronger and healthier.

Should you have any questions on these 2 exercises just post your questions or comments below the video on my website here.

Until we meet again go out there every single day and exercise safely and always listen to your body!
