Brass shot puts are official weight and size.
Machined perfectly round, and since brass is so dense, these shots are great for those who prefer the small diameter of brass.
Throw them in practice and in competition meets.
Since brass is a soft alloy, these shots are much more likely to “ding” than the cast iron shots.
Throwing implements are not warranted due to the nature of the event.
First Place Brass Shot Put Sizes Available:
· 4kg (95mm) for Girls and Women up to age 49, and for Men 70-79
· 12 lb. (103mm) for High School Boys
· 16 lb. (110mm) for Men up to age 49
