Overall pleased & Good price.
Good quality bands. They have more resistance than similar bands with same coloring I have used in the past. The green “medium” resistance is comparable to heavy restance in other brands. Black and blue bands definitely are challenging! note: Especially with the higher resistance colors, clients with larger legs may find it difficult to use band around thighs as curcumference and resistance make them hard to expand much.

"pricing is ok. quality of product is what it used to be. the bands isn't as tough as it used to be. material begins to thin out after the first use. my worry is that the durability/quality of this product is going down the tubes because perform better is a growing company and the attention for this product isn't there anymore."
