Durability
Perform better makes the best mini bands I've used BUT- I coach at a D! college and work with 6-10 athletes. We use the mini bands especially for posterior chain activation every day. I buy a new 10 pack every year... by January (4 1/2 to 5 months) they are breaking. Can't even get past 6 months....

Strong & Versatile
I'd been buying (and returning) multiple bands that just didn't have the strength to do what I'd been doing with a trainer... Finally, he referred me to his brand and I've added to my home arsenal to make exercise and training a regular habit. Sooo many things that these may be used for!

Good Bands
I started using these a few years ago at a physical therapy center, it lasted this entire time however it was not able to endure rabbit teeth damage... These new ones are good, they dont give me slipping problems, and now i have different strengths.

4-pack Mini Bands
I have been using the yellow band in my rehabilitation at PT. I wanted some for myself at home so I could continue my exercises. They came quickly and were exactly what I needed. I ordered by phone (888-556-7464) because I had a question, so I can't remember who your rep was that helped me, but he was awesome!! I'm only 5ft so the 9in bands are perfect. If you're in the 6ft range, I think the 12in bands would probably be better.
