Movement Prep Must Have

The mini bands is a great tool to use for you movement prep routine. My clients love, as they like to say, that "BURN" when they complete their Gluteus activation exercises. Clients have seen a noticeable improvement in posterior activation and size. Save a lot more buying the pack instead of individuals, you will need them.

3 out of the 10 pack tore immediately. The quality of this batch apparently wasn't very good. But at $2/ band, I guess who really cares?
Not very durable
These bands wear out and break regularly. They are not as duable as others I have bought, but are less expensive if bought on sale.
OK but they roll

We've used these mini bands for 9 years. They do the job but they do roll up on our clients causing a "tourniquet" & cutting off blood flow. We use booty bands quite a bit so I'm looking for a band that doesn't roll.

Good quality bands. They have more resistance than similar bands with same coloring I have used in the past. The green “medium” resistance is comparable to heavy restance in other brands. Black and blue bands definitely are challenging! note: Especially with the higher resistance colors, clients with larger legs may find it difficult to use band around thighs as curcumference and resistance make them hard to expand much.
Use this for performing "the monster walk," probably the most valuable technique for PT on my hips that I have ever found.

I got the medium, heavy, extra heavy, and heavy XL. The 4 wrap together w/ my jump rope for a cardio and resistance duo that can fit into any tiny pocket. Great to do anywhere and anytime! Well made, comes w/ an exercise sheet!

The quality of these bands have gone down over the years. The first time I use them they broke. I am pleased with customer service though. They were quick to replace the bands that broke. I love using these bands for my physical therapy clients. Just wish the quality was better!

Simple and effective

The bands have become a staple in my training. As a fitness professional for over 15 yrs, I use these bands for all ages and fitness levels. I purchased a few packs of different resistances. I use them for warming up my classes as well as helping my older clientele with stability and strengthening of legs,glutes and core. A simple yet effective tool!
Bought a set from my physical therapists for rehabbing my glutes & hamstrings. I'm middle aged, non-athletic, 5'9", 150lb. Used the band to do clamshells, side steps (similar to the picture above but I could never step that wide), and leg kicks. After a month of moderate use it snapped.
