Best Bands you will ever buy!!!!

Amazing bands!! Love the fact that they are strong and last forever and can be used for a variety of things. I've had 3 of these for over 5 years and 2 more over 8 years. If you do not know which band color to get, I would recommend 1 1/8" for a female and 1 1/2" or 1 3/4" for males.

BEST for Post Rehab of shoulder joint mechanics

The smaller bands 1/4 and 1/2' are the best for the pre-hab and post rehab work. you can easily target the smaller more deep to the joint muscles. Plus its so portable there is no excuse to not do the work your body needs!

Black 1 3/4" Black Superband

I bought this band to assist in doing pull-ups. It works great and allows me to do multiple sets with full extension. For quick on and off, I devised a adjustable chain connector to fasten the band to the overhead bar.

These bands are very durable and well made. They are also the cheapest on the internet. I got the 4" band for doing a low-back protocol where I hang upside down. Perfect for this! Also got the 2" for some resistance work with my shoulders

I purchased the gray 3 1/4" band mostly to work on mobility and self-stretching. The band is just too heavy for that application. It would be better utilized in partner work or perhaps sled pulling. I will be purchasing the smaller 2 1/2" black band to better serve my needs. These bands are good quality products.

I have the 1.75" Black band, which I used primarily for hip flexion & they work as advertised. Maybe harder ( more resistance), than I would have thought. Simple tie knot ( loop through), around my rack, then leg through to upper thigh, knelling . I have pretty strong legs, weigh about 200, and may have enjoyed a drop lighter resistance. Great product. Tried to use around a pull up bar, and was IMPOSSIBLE . I mean for a pull up ! With an effective length of just under 20", I found it un-usable for this purpose. Could not get foot into band, even standing on a chair. Would need something longer, or able to stretch down at least another 2', if possible, and still give at least 25% boast, of for me, about 50 lbs of boast. I did use them yesterday, for the first time to stretch out shoulders and chest, and the width, and the resistance worked out great. People that are smaller than me, might go down 2 notches though. Company thoughts ? Company advice ?

Ive used other bands and this one is by far the best. It has a perfect amount of resistance and its quality is really good. It is a great product.

I ordered the green as others I have ordered from other vendors did not provide enough resistance but not the case here. Great quality, and you can trust the guide. I will be able to use this for squats but I am actually going to have to order another with less resistance to do other things. I love the width and thickness and overall quality of these bands.
