All the same great features as the First Place All-Purpose Bands, just in a shorter version! The First Place Travel Bands are a great choice for training on the road or when space is limited. Made up of two bands, both 2' long, that each have a handle at one end, and connect by a large 10" nylon loop at the other end. The loop can be held by a partner or attached to any secure object. The separate bands allow each arm to push & pull independently. Available in 3 resistances.
