definitely WAY better constructed than the last version, however one of the two I bought will not hold a spike in one of the holes. Thread hole too big in diameter. i'll be contacting the company for a replacement

J-Heel for Javelin Throwers
These have worked and fit great for our female throwers however, when one of our male throwers tried it on the Velcro strap did not reach the hook and loop. Do they come with longer straps?? Other than that they seem to work great and fit snug.
