Awesome MFR tool
by TJ -
This is the single best piece of exercise equipment I have purchased. I bought a second one for my fiancé days after I got the first because of how awesome it made our legs feel when regularly using it. At least 6 of my clients have bought these as well after I brought it in for them to use.
Best roller (I’ve bought a bunch of crummy ones)

My gym has a few of these bouncing around.
So good, I’m buying one for the house right now.

The MFR roller is a great product. My brother and I have been using it constantly since we got it. It is made really well too. My school uses the bigger versions for athletes for a while now, and it is still in perfect condition. So, I know this will last a long time. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for rolling tight calves.
Perfect for tight muscles!

We like the MFR Stick. It allows you to control the pressure and the small surface area is ideal for a more focused pressure point. The rolling function is very smooth and ultra quiet and the weight of the stick is perfect. We have many other types of rolling devices but those require you to lay on them. The MFR stick is the one we use all the time now.
The best stick roller on the market !

Many people have an exercise program but few think about a rehab program to include as part of the total program. Stick rollers are part of the rehab tools that are used. I have used many types of stick rollers and this stick roller is the most useful due to its rigidity and smooth ball bearing rolling. It rolls smoothly over your flesh to work out your knots and adhesions. Foam rolling with stick rolling before bedtime will help to relax your muscles. Which means better sleep. This is the best stick roller on the market. This is the Rolls Royce of stick rollers.

I have multiple other foam rollers and roller sticks. This one is definitely the most intense. I don't have any clients that I could use this on due to the high intensity and discomfort you feel in a tight area. I use it on myself and I recommend it for the more advanced athlete. If you are super tight and just starting, you will need a softer option.
Well worth it

The MFR stick is very well made. Rolls very smoothly and I can control the amount of pressure. I bought the longer one to be able to roll the traps and upper back by reaching one hand behind my back and the other over the shoulder and it works great. Fits in my gym bag so I can travel with it. Excellent product and worth the money!!
