We like the MFR Stick. It allows you to control the pressure and the small surface area is ideal for a more focused pressure point. The rolling function is very smooth and ultra quiet and the weight of the stick is perfect. We have many other types of rolling devices but those require you to lay on them. The MFR stick is the one we use all the time now.

I have multiple other foam rollers and roller sticks. This one is definitely the most intense. I don't have any clients that I could use this on due to the high intensity and discomfort you feel in a tight area. I use it on myself and I recommend it for the more advanced athlete. If you are super tight and just starting, you will need a softer option.

  • Best roller (I’ve bought a bunch of crummy ones)

My gym has a few of these bouncing around. So good, I’m buying one for the house right now.

This is the single best piece of exercise equipment I have purchased. I bought a second one for my fiancé days after I got the first because of how awesome it made our legs feel when regularly using it. At least 6 of my clients have bought these as well after I brought it in for them to use.
