Nicely Done and AAU Legal
My daughter loves this Sure Grip Turbo Javelin. She says it doesn't hurt her fingers when she releases like the traditional ones did. I also contacted AAU before purchasing this to make sure it would be legal to use and I was informed it is legal for AAU competition.

Great for training and learning
Very helpful for our freshmen javelin throwers. I'm trying to teach them the fundamentals and the full length javelins are a bit much for the beginners.
