First Place Training Rings

A unique alternative in body weight training.

First Place Rings:
• Attach the rings to a rack or secure object.
• Ring-shaped handles provide superior comfort and allow for more of a free-motion training element.
• Includes 2 rings and 2 straps with buckles for mounting.

Wood Rings:

• Provide the same training options as regular First Place Rings.
• They have a slightly larger diameter than the regular First Place Rings and are unpainted, allowing chalk to stick better.
