Half foam rolling!!
I got this to help me and my future clients with stability. I have poor balance in my right leg. It's odd. It is great quality and works great.

This is a durable, quality roller. I am a pretty big guy, but this can handle me just fine.

Uses gravity and your own body weight to allow you to massage difficult tender areas. Hamstrings are my favorite. Material seems quite durable, so far have had no problems with it mashing down or going out of round.
