Special Shipping Rules for Crossbars: 

• Due to the length of this item, it cannot be shipped by standard ground service such as UPS and Fedex, and must ship via a freight carrier. 
• Bundling multiple crossbars and/or pole vault poles in an order may help to keep shipping costs to a minimum. For help with this or for time sensitive orders, it is best to contact us directly at 1-888-556-7464 or via LiveChat. 
• Upon delivery, if the tube does not look completely round, is open, or looks blemished in any way, do not refuse the shipment, but instead simply write “DAMAGED” next to your name when signing the freight company’s delivery paperwork and let the driver go on their way. Open and inspect the crossbar to make sure it is in good shape. If it is not, please notify us. This is very important because if “DAMAGED” is not noted at delivery, the freight company will not pay us back for the crossbar in the event we have to file a claim. Please share this with anyone who might be receiving the shipment such as a custodian, office staff, etc.
