Great product for what I need!
Exactly what I purchased this item for. I have been annoyed with agility ladders in the past. Especially the ones where you have to readjust the size of the squares for each foot. I just wish there were ground pegs for this ladder so that I can use it for the outdoors.

Quick feet
I noticed that a ton of football teams use these for speed and agility training. Its fun to create patterns for the kids to try out.
