Choosing a Rope Length
  • Plan for at least half of the rope's total length in usable training space once anchored
  • Adjust the challenge through exercise selection, pace, work time, repetitions, and the amount of rope used
Helpful tip: A longer rope can be shortened by leaving excess length behind the anchor, giving you more flexibility for different spaces, exercises, and users.

I ordered the smaller diameter rope because many of my clients have smaller hands. The lighter rope also made it easier for people to do the various exercises with better mechanics.
